The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

Prices

All prices displayed on the website shall be clearly indicated. Any applicable taxes, shipping costs, customs duties or other charges will be communicated to the customer as applicable before the order is completed.

For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by Swiss authorities may apply depending on the product, shipment and applicable regulations.

Orders and Contract

An order becomes binding once the customer has completed the purchasing process and the order has been confirmed by ESME GLOBAL CACAO.

Before completing an order, customers must have the opportunity to review and correct the information provided, including products, quantities, delivery information and total price.

An electronic order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

Payment

Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the website.

ESME GLOBAL CACAO does not directly store complete payment card information when payment is processed through an external payment provider.
